freedom-35, Here's you take .... the results are delayed because Oxo ran low on money and the analysis was in limbo for several weeks i.e., at a standstill. My understanding is DMX has rectified that problem and we are now back on track. That being said, my own personal guess is it will take at least another 8 weeks or so. I may be wrong. It may be sooner or later -- I am just going by past experience and the need to be very sure the results are scrutinized very carefully. If one 't' or 'i' is not crossed properly, the FDA could delay the process by months. If the data are good enough for fast-tracking, we do not want delays of any kind due to sloppy analysis. MB
