Grace can you explain the fines against NITE and are you saying they are the only ones doing illegal practices?

What I do know is that if you could make close to a million a year following the rules it would be silly to risk doing something illegal that also has the downside of subjecting you to big losses. Every move is traced. If an MM is accused of doing something illegal it is highly traceable.

if we follow this logic and extend it a little, our jails should be empty. the threat of getting caught is usually not a deterrent but merely an obstacle to be overcome for most, don't you know how our wonderful human minds work yet? You see this in children, and I believe adults are just better at not getting caught.
