Many of these names are familiar to me as well, held positions in Maxx(seemed like forever, always undervalued) and Magin which did OK, certainly these folks are experienced, although in my opinion not top quality,

BULLETIN TYPE: Resume Trading, Name Change and Consolidation
BULLETIN DATE: January 10, 2002
Tier 2 Company

Pursuant to the CDNX bulletin of November 7, 2001, the Company has now
completed the change of control and change of management disclosed in their
November 22, 2001 information circular. As such, trading in the Company's
shares will resume trading, on a consolidated basis, effective at the open of
trading on January 14, 2002.

Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders December 28, 2001
the Company has consolidated its capital on a five (5) old for one (1) new
basis and changed its name to Brooklyn Energy Corporation.

Effective at the opening January 14, 2002, the common shares of Brooklyn
Energy Corporation will commence trading and the common shares of Vicom
Multimedia Inc. will be delisted. The Company has been given a period of 6
months to demonstrate its ability to satisfy our Minimum Listing Requirements
for an Oil and Gas Issuer or be designated as Inactive, as defined in Policy
2.6 of the CDNX corporate finance manual.
