Flextronics offers 20 million shares at $25.96 each

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Singapore-based contract manufacturer Flextronics International Ltd. said on Monday its 20 million share offering priced at $25.96 per share, raising gross proceeds of $519.2 million.

Net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital, capital spending and strategic acquisitions, Flextronics said.

Flextronics said it has granted Banc of America Securities, the underwriter of the offering, a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3 million shares to cover any overallotments, if any.
