And shows no signs of stopping no matter what CNC does to improve itself. And what exactly would those things be? Selling off healthy assets in order to support the one division (CF) that got them in all this trouble in the first place? Bullying employees to give distressed accounts extra time so as to keep their official delinquency rate down? Lambasting critics only to quietly admit months later they were spot on?
