11:44 ET Bond Ticker : We have heard a RUMOR that a large Japanese conglomerate may be ready to go under. NO CONFIRMATION whatsoever at this point, and no reaction in Treasuries for that matter either. In addition, dollar/yen is off its highs for the session. As we mentioned to our sources however, it is important to remember that we are likely to hear plenty more on Japanese bankruptcies going forward. We will let you know if we hear anything credible on the matter, though we have our doubts considering the LDP's overall reluctance towards structural reform.

From what you've written; you have less than superficial knowledge about ntap and the storage sector.

Please enlighten us all.

What I wrote was an answer to each of you questions and how it applies to stock price.
I pointed out how far NTAP must go before reaching the milestone you are projecting as realistic.

I don't claim it's not possible. Just a comparison of how far it must go.
However, in the state of the economy after a historic market bubble, I think it will be difficult to see growth like that.
Seeing that all ships rise with the tide, the Nasdaq would have to make an incredible run like it had done in the 90's once again, for a company like NTAP to see a comparable growth spurt to MSFT's.

You probably see Naz 10,000 as a posiblility in the near future where I'm having trouble seeing that.
But then again I never expected to see the Naz sink below 2000 when asked 2 years ago.
So I could be way off. You might have a 200 bagger on your hands...

From what you've written; all you're trying to do is play games with me. I'm not in the market to play games.

For each of your questions, I gave you an answer.
You haven't provided any hints as to why NTAP would go so high.
Just questions.

You very well may have found the next Microsoft.
Whether or not the market bubbles like it did for them is altogether different.

Remember. The silly argument we are stupid enough to have, is over whether or not NTAP can go up 100 fold in 6 years.
Not whether or not it is a good company with Gorilla status.

What was the average PE in the early 90s?
What is it now?
How big of a bubble did we have?
How big of a bubble is possible in the next 6 years?

They all seem like legitimate questions?

No games.

Just discussion... that's all.

We can end it here if you wish.
It really is a silly argument.
