Although the "localized “hot spot” throttling" seems to be
a pure nonsense, I think you found a correct explanation
for current P4 problems - hot spots do not scale as well
as Intel wants.

Why do you guys always try to divert the question?
Feeling uncomfortably with the observation I posted?
I posted three facts supporting my opinion, you
countered it with BS. Do you have anything more
substantial to say, or you agree with my conclusion?
