I heard on NPR today a man talking about the need to decrease the upward flow of light from Earth. Whew, does this accentuate his idea?!! Beautiful, though, as well alwayslovetoseetheearthfromtheskies!

Interesting that most of the places we are having trouble with these days don't seem to have much in the way of electric lights. Coincidence? Set the image as my wallpaper du jour.
