there is no con Bush, and Rumsfeld, and the rest of the administration is asking for you and America to accept assurances for one system while proposing to build another. That is called bait-and-switch in the con business. I personally think that Bush is lucky to remember which cedar stump he wants to chop next and it not personally involved in the decision. If it's good enough for the men his daddy put in place it's good enough for him. I don't know, I just know that the SDI proposal stinks of old pork barrel. TP
