GTW bonds cut to Junk status by Moody's--i about a year ago wrote GTW will not likely survive this shakeout.It is beginning to look like that is happening.I don't even think a buyout will come save them as the last thing Dell or Compaq want is another PC company,imo---they much rather see one less.
I conjecture part of DELL's aggressive mark down policy was part of a strategy to eliminate GTW.Max
