I was wondering that also. I think that conclusion was drawn simply because DRAM prices went up (which appears to be primarily due to the Hynix-Micron talks and hopes of production being mothballed, rather than increased demand). Both RSH and GTW announced disappointing (at best) PC sales. That leaves BBY, CC, DELL, CDWC and a few others, but there certainly is no consensus that business is booming from the retail end in PC's. Earlie may have some insight on this as well...
