You might have a good hunch, but I'd bet the oil industry as well as the Christian right played
the major roles in W's bid for the Presidential nomination.

Cheney was the guy who had Bush's father nominated for the CIA top job.

You are right. Poppy Bush and Reagan have blood all over their hands for their role in Central
America. Reagan stood behind the leader of a Central American country who
killed many Mayan Indians. I've been meaning to look up the story. I am not sure if
Poppy Bush was the head of the CIA at the time.

And Daddy and Georgie have big ties to Enron and Carlyle, and Carlyle has big ties to the Bin Laden family and the Defense Business, oh well
