Are you sure? Maybe you should reread the first bold lines from Paul's article.

"Intel will demonstrate never-before-seen prototype notebooks based on the upcoming mobile Intel Pentium 4 Processor-M. This processor will have all of the performance attributes of its desktop counterpart, as well as innovative low-power mobile technologies that help maximize battery life."
