However, about those cycles in real estate...wouldn't get too wedded to that age-old idea. When the baby boomers' parents came back from the war and and created huge housing shortages and generated a huge increase in home-building--not to mention the creation of "suburbia" itself-- any cycle that existed before was broken.

Now the boomers' kids are buying.....perhaps this new "cycle" will last a long time.
