Noninvasive was a poor way to describe the extraction of information from a convicted felon via hypnosis, or truth serum, or something like that. But, on second thought, I do not think that type of information would ever be considered reliable enough to be used in a court of law, like lie detectors aren't now. So, I don't know. In the war on crime, the only way that we can win, both in terms of maintaining individual liberty and freedom, and preventing violent crime, is to make the penalty severe, right up to where if it was any more stiffer, it would be cruel. Our freedoms are precious, and wonderful. It is a shame to lose them because of our bleeding heart for the criminal.
