"Hmmmm. Bullflags and wedges can break down, they don't always break out but these patterns are something to keep in mind. Because they tend to break out just when they look about to break down." That pretty well sums up the predictive value of most patterns.

What was the name of the guru that said restaurant stocks were dead? You posted, if memory serves me well, an article by some guru that provided the insight. Today 17of those stocks in the restaurant retail sector hit new 52 week highs (that's 19%). Sector's setting new highs since the summer of '99. See if you can find his name . . we can make a fortune going the opposite direction of this genius.
