dang, hate to hear that ....

can't recall that I've heard of the ailment before with melons ....

on the peanut reaction ...

numerous cases of fatalities with even slight peanut content in foods ....
even know of a couple of cases *(second hand, so perhaps not reliable) of death cause from items cooked in peanut oil ......

peanuts are a major cash crop in the county to the west of me, and I know several farmers who make their living planting them ....

wise on your part to stay away from them ....

I don't eat chocolate as it does give me a headache too ...

dang, back in my heavy drinking days no telling how many headthumpers I got from foods and blamed on drink ...... ggggggggg

oh well ..... quit bout ten years ago and don't plan to go back .....
but now, at least, I can narrow the allergies down better now ......
most HIGHLY allergic to work ..... gggggg

glad to hear your back is doing better

(because I just had to test it one last time).

I can totally relate to that comment, but for me it was with Nurta-Sweet. I think if I even get near the stuff, I will spend the next day in bed, thinking it would be less painful to just have my head blown off. I have finally quit testing the theory.
