Whenever there is a new President or CEO from the outside, there is often a shuffling of upper management. This is normal, not a sign of trouble. If it didn't happen, it would be a sign that the new guy didn't have any authority or was too big of a jerk to actually attract anybody. It's the equivalent of peeing on the fences and trees...
