It sure is. It's theoretical,and not even my kids will live long enuf to see it,but I know it was a year round creek in the early 1900's, and I think there are still salmon in the creek which mine feeds,so... quien sabe?

The water table in the creek bed is pretty high at the end of the summer,so if there are enuf trees to slow the run-off and allow it to percolate down instead of running right off...anything is possible.
