Que, It has been my observation that Descending Triangles normally break to the upside. Likewise, Rising Triangles usually break to the downside. Be careful shorting that triangle. BWDIK.

LEN will be featured tonight on PBS's "Nightly Business Report". That combined with earnings coming out for KBH and another builder, and I continue to predict a short term rally for the builders. So, I'm sure not long, but I am waiting to reintroduce shorts.
