Yep, that's it. I've got that exact feeling about Microsoft right now. My wife's computer has been acting up for several months, so I went online to MS, paid them $35 to walk me through the repairs, and then my contact redefined the problem so he could solve it (which was a very long shot from the real problem), and finally he just disappeared. So I've been yelling and ranting at Microsoft a rather great deal via e-mail. The strange thing about it is that I've had two very good experiences with that same process.

So your link is just about where my feelings are about MS right now.
