Check out posts #1531 and #1539 for background on the bond offering. Some folks have said for a while that the bond allows an easy ride for shorting the stock.

I guess not many bond holders are going to pay to convert at $32.33. So WIND will have to come up with $101k plus 4 years interest @ 5%.

I suppose the company can use the money (there are lots of good ideas out there waiting for funding), but I'm sorry to see more bonds being sold like before.

They're unloading the 5% debt ($58 million) and replacing it with the 3.75% debt they acquired last month... biz.yahoo.com
