RE:"All I know is that the reports of P860 Yield issues are false. All I know is that intel's P4 AND P3 producing fabs are running at max, and intel still can't fill all the orders. All I know is that the mandatory/voluntary no pay time off for P3 Fabs announced near the beginning of Q4 was cancelled 1 week after it was announced. And I didn't say I THINK these things. I know them. Just can't say how."

Exactly. You should be loaded with Intel.

Semi, <All I know is that the reports of P860 Yield issues are false>

These AMDolts always spin a failure to meet unexpectedly high demand as "yield issues." Especially in 2000, these idiots will point to embarassments like the Pentium III 1.13 GHz fiasco as "proof" of their claims.

Fortunately for everyone, such "yield issues" also led to record revenues for both companies, despite the execution slip-ups. Year 2000 is a great example. So be thankful when the AMDroids talk about "yield issues" at Intel. It's usually a good sign.

Don't you see a contradiction in your own writings?
If yields a so great, why would fabs run at max,
especially if there are so many of them?
