Baldy,
There were NO members of the Taliban fighting the Russians as the Taliban did NOT EXIST. Your inability to grasp this simple concept is a tad disconcerting. Many who later fought for the Confederacy also fought in the Mexican War of 1846-47 but it would be absurd to claim members of the Confederacy fought in the Mexican War. It is impossible to be a member of something that does NOT exist.

I fully expect you to get bored and move on now.
