Bill,

Take a look at the back of the new iMac. It's got another VGA port. I guess you can have two monitors hooked up simulataneously?

Great for web surfers who keep multiple windows open to different sites, webcams, etc.!


iMacs have had VGA ports on the back for quite a while now, but these are "video mirroring" ports. They don't support two independent monitors.

The VGA ports on "pro" Macs (Power Macs and PowerBooks), on the other hand, do support multiple independent monitors.
