There is no way to hide a ballistic launch pad and ballistic missile capable of traveling 7000 miles from our intelligence satellites. So there is no probably they have it or they don't.

As far as the GNP of those countries and their defense spending, we used more funds dropping bombs in the last few weeks than those budgets you are talking about
