STOCK WATCH: FNM FEB 80 Calls ... a good Reward/Risk? Perhaps because of the good news today in the related diversified financial sector today (Amro predict 22-24% growth) or because it has been beaten down enough, this is the first day this week that FNM has held strength after the early morning. It is also holding chart support. FNM Feb. 80 options are priced at .85 With an earnings report due Monday, earnings that have been increasing for at least 16 quarters in a row (consensus is 1.39/sh), a healthy market and sector, and expiration of the option more than 30 days away, this is an interesting speculation, albeit always risky to trade options. PS- Newbies, I sure wouldn't risk much money here because you can always get hurt in options trading.
