charred, with 80 million shares out they have to do a reverse split before the raise any funds.
Say a 10:1 reverse and then a fund raiser at $3.00 or so and some exploration.

When will they do this?

Bill

charred,

Well not a good deal for the shareholder but the management get to keep their jobs. The cash flow is needed for their huge salaries.

Will there be any executive bonus for putting this deal together? Also, after the second roll back, Shrake et al will be granted new options up to 10% of the company and reset the price. Nice work when you can get it eh. No doubt the brokers will have interest again after the second roll back because the stock price will be managable again and they always need product they can pump up and dump onto their retail clients:-))
cheers,
teevee
