Bruce - I think it was Rande Is on his old Home thread that mentioned, <<the "masters" will always project unattainable valuations for equities and indexes, in either direction........to give themselves time to accumulate or dump>>.........while the "mosis" sit around and wait for the projected valuations to arrive.
