opinion: A belief or idea held with confidence but not substantiated by direct proof or knowledge

probable: Apt to occur or to be true. Relatively likely but not certain.

My God, man ... don't you understand yet that opinions and probabilities do not mean certainty? Adding "all" to "probability" raises the level of confidence another degree, but still far short of certainty.

If the authors of the SBR were certain, they would have said just that. "With certainty..." Or, "Without any doubt..." Or, "Beyond any question...."

They did NOT say that. By saying "In all probability," the authors of the report were stating that, yes, there are "ands," yes, there are "ifs," yes there are "buts."

You have asserted over and over that the SBR was stating categorically that the war would end by a certain date. They were NOT. Live with it, man.

I hope when you turn on your water tap tomorrow, nothing comes out. If anyone deserves it, you do.
