Yes, I'm sure that is exactly how the negotiation went. My point is that Time would be interested in making that kind of a deal only if they felt that the technology they were getting the scoop on was exciting enough to sell magazines.

Which is why Michael Dell (just as an example) probably wouldn't get the same kind of play if he called up and made the same offer.
