Clinton had no policy, and thus can not be accused of varying from one. Perhaps that's one thing that will help his legacy. OTOH he disgraced the office, humiliated the country, and weakened the military through misuse, resulting in the September 11 attacks. That's definitely a minus. But it all helped him with his base, a bunch of people who hate America more than the Taliban, and love to see it in defeat. You definitely resemble these remarks...
