i was referring to demand. if you can't get people to pay for high speed data at home, why the heck will the pay for it away from home (at least in the US).

Its elementary dear Watson. The need for speed, or lack of thereof, to the mobile phones is derived from the lack of need for data volume. If you know what I mean.
