knew that Halliburton would have this sort of trouble a couple of years down the road. Cheney is the one who caused the trouble with the Dresser purchase, he would have been in the best position to know if he had bought a diamond or a zircon.
you need to suppose that the charities held the stocks, rather than selling them.
Options, and not the kind you can sell on the open market, they have to be excersised.
