Haven't followed it for ages. However, Mike King at Robbie Stephens used to cover it, and he rarely lets go of a stock.

I have very fond memories of VGIN.

A while back you mentioned VGNX v VGIN.
Their last Qreport stated "The Company ended the third quarter with $85.2 million in cash and marketable
securities." They were burning $6M/Q or so and had 23M shares outstanding.

Is the difference between the market cap and cash due to potential dilution, or is the company's prospects being discounted?
