Isn't this an interesting observation.

12. Last but not least, the dollar is now the world's reserve currency. We have the luxury of getting the
rest of the world to send us stuff we can eat or use and sending them pieces of green paper in return. This
can continue indefinitely.

Did not prices of gold move from the lows of the $252 range to the current area as hedges were reduced?
