In my opinion, its time to shift into growth stocks. Small cap growth stocks usually lead the way out of a recession. The large cap drug stocks need to replenish their pipelines and the the best way to accomplish this is buying out cash poor/product rich small cos. Good point on market share not increasing, but that's what happens at market bottoms. It ends up weeding out the weaker players and consolidation of the survivors. The new accounting rules could lead to higher profits, for example the change in treatment of goodwill carryover. Ditch, I'm keeping an eye on SOX but haven't committed yet. If the techs are going higher, the SOX will lead the way. I haven't made a trade in about a month or so. Just watching, looking for change in leadership or strengh. Sergio
