I think I follow Toms thinking on the likes of VISG and OSIS...

Dont ever think people have dropped these from their radar screen.. There just hasnt been much reason to sustain a rally with all the fun happening in blue chips- why bother? and to everyones surprise (im sure) there really hasnt been too much in the way of threats aside from the shoe incident and a 15year old flying a plane into a building..

To be honest? I sat here for the last hour trying to rationalize the thinking of going long the likes of VISG.. and one thing that keeps sticking in my head is how everyone has simply forgotten what happened on 9/11.. Not forgotten in the sense that we are cold/calous etc etc, but look at the runup in stocks.. The success in Afghan was so fast and simple looking that I think Americans have a false sense of security.. Problem solved.. and its not.. and for that reason alone, going long one or two of these stocks really isnt such a bad idea.. and depending on where you shorted it at you might want to consider not being greedy : )

just some ramblings.. Not putting words into Toms mouth.. Just trying to make a case for playing it as a long.

LIG, who cares about news. Strictly on TA. The chart is forming a classic tea pot and handle pattern. I also detect the eyes and ears formation on the 5-minute chart. Stock has held above the lower Folliger band while Wave 5 did not break its recent low of 7.5. The 5-d MA just pulled ahead of the 14-d MA. All these combine point to an upturn in the not too distant future. That's my TA read anyway.

Regards,

Tom

The game is over for VISG. Say hello to 5 within a few weeks (at which time it's still overvalued by a factor of 4). It will trade at 2 again this year IMO.

Hello.
