Thanks Wolf.

Yes, you are right about funds for Oxo. Clearly since the phase III trials appeared to be held up due to cash, it looks like Dimethaid is on the hook to fund their entire operations (phase III, phase II's, overheads, etc.,) effective immediately, finalized legal agreement in place or not. I think the relationshipe between to two parties is so strong, they can move forward with a handshake, letter of intent or term sheet.

With respect to increasing liquidity for a US listing, I would have thought she would try and direct as much as possible to the US banks. One, they are expected to be our long term partners in the US, whereas ACQUA is really a short term relationship to meet today's immediate needs. Two, raising money later at higher prices is a good thing for obvious reasons.

That said, I can appreciate that she has a million things on the go right now and the last thing she and her staff have time to do is split hairs over how much money she needs to draw to optimize it perfectly. In the big scheme of things they probably have bigger fish to fry right now.

That would be nice to see a NASDAQ listing at $10 US, $16 CDN sometime in the spring. The price is probably right, although my timing might be 6 months early.
