BECS Technology and International Control Services
Sign Three Year VM Contracts With M~Wave


BENSENVILLE, Ill., Jan. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- M~Wave, Inc. (Nasdaq: MWAV - news), a
value-added service provider of high performance circuit boards used in a variety of digital
and high frequency applications, announced today that BECS Technology, Inc. of St. Louis,
Mo., and International Control Services, Inc. of Decatur, Ill., have signed three year Supply
Chain Management contracts with M~Wave utilizing its Virtual Manufacturing Concept. The
company expects to ship up to $2 million of printed circuit boards per year to BECS and ICS
under the terms of the agreements.

Joseph A. Turek, M~Wave's chairman and chief executive officer, said, ``Virtual
Manufacturing contractually supplies all the printed circuit needs of our customer by managing
the complete procurement process. We utilize a global base of suppliers that allows our
customers to benefit from lower worldwide manufacturing prices. We deliver products when
the customer needs them through either consignment inventory control or just-in-time

Turek went on to say that ``BECS is an OEM supplying custom industrial liquid level sensing
controls while ICS is a contract manufacturer supporting the industrial electronic marketplace.

their procurement process while saving them approximately 30% compared with their
previous PCB prices.''

M~Wave plans to release fourth quarter earnings on Feb 5, 2002. An investor conference call
