Pacer is the public access system for US court records: So for the SNAP v MDS Panlabs case...no updates yet this year, at least not entered as of last night. So I don't have any reason for the shares getting spunky. The most recent entries on the docket are: 5/4/01 an order staying discovery as to the issues of damages and adjourning all discovery without date...and again 5/8/01 an order staying all discovery until further order of the court. 10/31/01 and 11/21/01 just housekeeping. So this one is going to drag on and on. By the end of it these will be Merck or Pfizer lawyers on both sides, ha! I'll cross post over on Yahoo, see if anybody over there volunteers any info. Although that thread is pretty dead.
