What's wrong with asking for a level playing field? A good start would be if the SEC scam issued guidelines as to which scams of their owners are the "right" scams and therefore exempt from securities laws (assuming this fraud driven mess has any such laws) and prosecution.

Also needed: some regulations regarding the number of balance sheets companies can use to mislead and defraud investors.
