"The operation which is described as 'manipulation' by Swiss and New York traders took place in the quiet December month, causing an artificial shortage of silver."

Ha! What hypocrits! Silver and gold are manipulated lower for years, and now these woosies cry MANIPULATION!
This is only a forshadowing of the howls and cries to come when silver is at $10/oz.

The author of this story says that silver has soared in price. But it is merely an 18% increase. When silver really moves, it moves 15% in one day. That is how the silver market "soars."
