Zeev...QVDX last 8 +.52 this morning...got UCL 12 +1.20 on this: 8:19AM UCAR Intl (UCR) 10.80: CSFB upgrades to BUY from Hold with a target of $16; cites new restructuring plan announced yesterday; ups 2003 estimate to $1.30 from $0.90 and 2004 to $2.00 from $1.50.
