Hi Richard, How's the golf game? Hope you are doing well in reitland. I'm surprised they have held up as well as they have. I sold most of my reits last year thinking we had a top at about 415 RMS. But happy to see, they are holding up well. Somewhere along the way they need to run up and make a top and then turn down as the weak economy takes it's toll on the rents. What is your view? George
