Seeing as "the powers to be" yesterday announced that they are beginning the process that will eventually land the Enron principles in prison, I'd say the "connection" is a rather soft one. As for Cheney's meetings, who would you call to talk about the energy business, the Sierra Club?

Based on what OBJECTIVE information? It hasn't been determined how closely "connected" they were. You lose all credibility when you choose words that imply that there were improper dealings.
