5-6 frames is nothing. I consider the two to practically be at parity in this benchmark. No one would notice the difference, anyway. The point is that SSE being part of the video driver may have helped Intel come out on top in Quake III, but even 3DNow as part of the game couldn't help AMD to crush Intel in RtCW. AMD is also near the end of their frequency ramp. .13u and SOI won't even give them as much as .13u and bulk si will give Intel. With a larger gap between the frequency of both chips, Intel is going to slowly widen that 5-6 fps lead. With a 533MHz front side bus, you may eventually see Intel "CRUSH" AMD in this benchmark.
