I didn't read it anywhere, Bill. Similar to Sherlock Holmes, I used my incredible deductive reasoning to figure out that Catherine and Tom have been closeted for the many months since the Luicho Fiasco in finding a new corporate partner. Any idea who will be pulling the strings in the merged company (this assumes it's a done deal)? Will CMS and TS still be relevant, or will the new corporate partner be making all the major decisions? (I ask that because maybe the new partner won't be interested in having people looking at rocks in Peru.) :) Phil
