z, hahaha, I think all the 'bees were touting the Wilamette as being awesome and proclaimed it the new king of cpus when it came out. Only once XP came out did some ( wbmw ) cooled off a bit on it and basically said "wait 'till NWood". I noticed this quite often with the 'bees. When they have nothing better coming up, the current product is IT. When proven wrong, some admit it but immediately point to the next thing coming. Now, to be honest, there's nothing wrong with pointing to the future. C
