gao seng, Welfare does nothing be begat more welfare. There are now up to about 4 or 5 generations of welfare families that would rather live at a lower standard, than to work to improve their lots in life. For the record, these families consist of most of the races, and my comment is not directed at any one race. I know the old adage has become trite, but the teaching a man to fish bit is as true now as it was when first uttered.
